Kim Plank has decades of experience forging P3s. She has developed strong, lasting relationships with executive stakeholders to support significant, collective missions. Her efforts have increased the rate of innovation for corporations, and brought thriving innovation ecosystems to life in emerging markets.

Before joining Waymaker Group, Kim served as Vice President of Business Development for Vario Marketing and Advertising; Economic Developer for the St. Louis Regional Chamber; Executive Director at a nonprofit organization working with high school students and outreach ministries; and General Manager of the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) in St. Louis, where she helped develop the Cortex Innovation District.

Kim has collaborated with African American churches and the Academy of Lifestyle Medicine to create an entire curriculum and training program to address health disparities in urban communities. Currently in Beta in St. Louis, the program launches nationally in 2023.
