Dr. Clinch is the Director of the Jacob France Institute, focusing on economic competitiveness, economic and fiscal impact analysis, workforce development, and innovation ecosystem assessment.

Dr. Clinch has a 30-year track record of work on both traditional and technology-led economic development at the local, regional, state, and national levels. He has substantial experience working with universities, research parks, innovation districts, state and local economic development agencies, and workforce investment boards.
