Scott brings 14 years of in-depth research and data visualization experience in fast paced environments in a wide variety of disciplines including K-12, postsecondary, public health, labor market, and environment. He possesses a unique skill set with an extensive track record in dashboard/report design, leadership, project management, and data analysis, with an emphasis on taking complex data and transforming it into easy-to-understand reports.

 

He spent almost a decade helping Kentucky develop their state analytics platform into a national leader in education, workforce, and labor market system data. Scott currently leads a consulting business that specializes in data systems, data analysis, and data visualization. Scott holds a Masters in Public Health and Biostatistics from the University of Kentucky and completed the highly-competitive Strategic Data Project Fellowship at Harvard University focused on using data for policy decisions.
